DataGuard Technology ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DataGuard Project Manager mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

a) Location Data The App uses your device's GPS to automatically name project folders based on your current street address. Location data is processed on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

b) Photos Photos taken or uploaded within the App are stored locally on your device. With your permission, photos may also be saved to your iPhone Photos library or synced to your personal Google Drive account.

c) Customer Information You may choose to enter customer information (name, phone number, email address) within the App for reporting purposes. This information is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

d) Company Information You may enter your company name for use in generated reports. This information is stored locally on your device only.

All data collected by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal information. If you choose to enable Google Drive sync, your photos are uploaded directly to your personal Google Drive account, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.


5. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Google Drive (Optional) If you choose to connect Google Drive, the App will access your Google Drive account to create folders and upload photos. This feature is entirely optional. Your Google account data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple Mail When sending reports, the App uses your device's Apple Mail app. We do not store or transmit email addresses entered in the App.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. All data remains on your device unless you choose to share it via email or Google Drive.


7. DATA SECURITY

All data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features. We recommend using a strong passcode or biometric authentication to protect your device.

DataGuard Project Manager is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
